The promotion runs for 8 weeks, commencing on 01/01/2026 at 12:01AM AEDT, concluding at 11:59PM AEDT 28/02/2026 or after the 1,000th valid claim, whichever comes first. (Promotional Period).
This promotion is only open to Australian residents.
Entry is open to people aged 18 years or over.

To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Purchase any 2 participating pre-packaged Tassal from Woolworths, Coles, Marley Spoon, Dinnerly or any other participating retailers. Selected products include:

- Upload a copy of your Qualifying Purchase receipt(s);
- Check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy; and
- Submit the fully completed online entry form.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation message on the promotional website after you have entered your details, acknowledging that your entry has been received. You will also receive an automated email that you have provisionally claimed your gift. Once your claim has been validated, you will receive another confirmation email confirming your your claim.

Once your entry has been validated, your prize will be shipped to you approximately 6 weeks from the conclusion of the promotion on 28/02/2026.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
- To claim one (1) pair of Budgy Smugglers, entrants may submit receipts from two (2) separate Qualifying Transactions, provided both receipts include the purchase of at least one (1) Participating Tassal Prepackaged Product and fall within the promotional period.
- Only one (1) claim is permitted per Qualifying Transaction, regardless of the number of Participating Tassal Prepackaged Products purchased in that single transaction. For example, purchasing more than two (2) Participating Products in one transaction will still only count as one (1) eligible claim.
- Multiple entries are permitted across separate Qualifying Transactions. Each claim must be submitted individually and in accordance with the entry requirements. Claims must be supported by proof of purchase of two (2) Participating Tassal Prepackaged Products, either in one transaction or across two separate transactions
- Unrecognised transaction numbers will be deemed invalid.
You must retain your promotional product receipt(s) for all claims as proof of purchase.
